Renewal Form

Scholar's Name

This is the college or university that you will be attending in Fall 2024 for the upcoming semester. (If you have transferred since your last scholarship payment, please update to your new school.)

Financial Aid Office Address

Please enter the full mailing address for the Financial Aid Office of the school you will be attending in Fall 2024, to which we will be sending your scholarship payment.

Please enter your ID again to ensure that it is correctly recorded. This field must match the above to proceed.

GPA should cover the full academic year, including the Spring 2024 semester.

May be unofficial; transcript must include both Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 semesters.

Attention Current Juniors: Students seeking renewal must verify at the conclusion of their junior year that they remain enrolled in a degree program leading to credentialing as a language educator. If not clearly demonstrated by completed coursework on their transcript at that time, recipients must also submit a signed letter of recommendation from their academic advisor, indicating the advisor's assessment of both the viability of their plan and the applicant's commitment to pursue a career as a language educator (in a language other than English).

Annual Survey

Information provided as part of the brief survey below does not affect scholarship renewals. These questions help provide ACTFL and LCF with important insights from future language educators like yourself. Selected quotes from responses may be used anonymously on future ACTFL or LCF materials. Responses may be brief, 1-2 sentences or up to a paragraph.
