Trece is the Executive Director of Qatar Foundation International. Leveraging a multi-disciplinary background, Trece has overseen the transition QFI from a start-up to a recognized, well-established organization during the past 14 years. She built and strengthened the operational, financial, and grant-making infrastructures, improved decision-making processes, prioritized talent support and development, and mitigated organizational risks to maximize organizational impact.
Before joining QFI, Trece worked at community-based and international nonprofits, including the International Institute of Education, Save Darfur Coalition, and American Cancer Society, managing $20-$40 million budgets from both government and private sources serving diverse communities in the Americas, Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
